Mill at Tar Branch
The old Indera Mill factory (built circa 1900), on the corner of Marshall and Wachovia streets in Winston-Salem NC, was converted into residential condos/lofts.
Thee project was finished out and sold, consisted of thirty condo units. All the units featured elements from the old factory- such as heavy timber post and beams and tongue and large expansive windows.
