Beau Dancy and Katherine Dancy Rhew both are licensed brokers in North Carolina. In 1980 they successfully formed a real estate company to stand alongside of Dancy Construction Co., to provide marketing and selling for their developments.
Dancy Real Estate Co., is a member of WS Regional Association of Realtors and MLS. Dancy Real Estate lists and sells real estate properties in the Triad area of N.C. We have also formed and managed numerous homeowners associations connected with our developments.
